Noelle was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to a large family with three sibling, Jeremy, Jourdan and Nalani. Her professional training began when she successfully auditioned into the acclaimed conservator, The New Orleans Center of Creative Arts. There, she learned from industry professionals. She soon booked roles as the youngest cast member in theatrical productions including Purlie and Dreamgirls. She also trained with the New Orleans Ballet Assoc. Industrial spots to include DirectTV and Silver Line Metro and Ford Motor Company. Her modeling credits include JBeverly Hills, AmericasMart, Silver Line Metro, Paul Mitchell and New Orleans Weddings Magazine.
