Leo Suter recently filmed the leading role of Daniel Beecham in Gurinder Chadha’s new series BEECHAM HOUSE (Bend it Films/ITV) opposite Tom Bateman, Lesley Nichol and Dakota Blue Richards. Prior to this he played the leading role of Jack in the second series of CLIQUE (Balloon Entertainment/BBC Studios) opposite Synnove Karlsen, which aired on BBC3 last year and will be broadcast on BBC1 and POP in the US. Last year Leo was seen as series regular Sir Edward Drummond in ITV and PBS’s VICTORIA alongside Jenna Coleman, Tom Hughes and Rufus Sewell and won a Radio Times Reader’s Breakout Talent Award 2018. He also filmed RANSOM for CBS produced by Frank Spotnitz. Due to be released this year, Leo played the starring role in feature MUSIC, WAR AND LOVE produced by Oscar winning Fred Roos (Apocalypse Now, The Godfather, The Beguiled) and directed by Martha Coolidge. Other cast includes Stellan Skarsgard, Connie Nielson and Adelaide Clemens. Earlier feature credits include MALEFICENT with Angelina Jolie and FALLEN opposite Jeremy Irvine, directed by Scott Hicks. He graduated from Oxford University with a 1st and went on to play Mercutio in an international tour of ROMEO AND JULIET produced by Thelma Holt.
