After studying theatre at Stellenbosch University and appearing in multiple South African stage productions, he became the founding member, lead singer,guitarist and lyricist for aKing, a SAMA-award winning melodic rock band from Cape Town. Starring as ‘Dooley’ in the Starz originals series -Black Sails.
