Jamar Greene is an actor from Brooklyn whose large 6′ 4″ frame immediately commands attention. He began acting in his teenage years and went on to receive training at Delaware State University where he gained experience through theater. This ultimately led to independent films and subsequently film and television. In 2014 he signed a management contract with Dream Maker Talent which assisted him in receiving tons of audition opportunities. Jamar took advantage of these opportunities by landing co-star roles on shows like “The Mysteries Of Laura” (NBC), “Law & Order -SVU” (NBC), “The Blacklist” (NBC), “The Breaks” (VH1), “OKJA” (Netflix), “Difficult People” (HULU) and the Emmy winning show “Master of None” (Netflix) to name a few. While he is mostly known for his popular guest star role as the character named “Cupcake” on “Gotham” (FOX), Jamar was also featured in this summer’s highly anticipated “Money Monster” starring Julia Roberts and George Clooney, directed by the incomparable Jodie Foster. Jamar believes that all of his accomplishments are due to his faith in God, his dedication to the craft and his resiliency to keep fighting for what he wants. “If I’m not casted for a role I honestly feel that it wasn’t meant for me and I’m fine with that. The goal is not to land every role but to take full advantage of the roles I am chosen for.”
